Fleet fine management · South Africa
Traffic fines, settled same day. Proven by audit trail.
Pay, redirect or revoke every fine across your fleet, with an audit trail of every action and the municipality paid the day you approve, once funded. One platform for AARTO and CPA fines, nationwide.
The problem
One unmanaged fine stops being a fine. It becomes a business problem.
eNaTIS administrative block
An enforcement order against your business places an administrative block on eNaTIS that affects every vehicle registered in that name, until it is complied with or revoked. How enforcement orders cause an eNaTIS block →
Deadlines cost money
The AARTO discount is only available within the prescribed 32-day period. Miss it and you pay full price, plus fees, plus the admin of a courtesy letter.
Demerits are coming
Under the AARTO points framework, more than 15 points disqualifies a driver or a vehicle's operator card: three months for every point over the line. Subject to commencement.

- Day 32Discount lost, fees added

What FineHub does
Every fine, one of three outcomes. You decide, we execute.
Pay
Same-day settlement
AARTO and CPA fines settled with the approved authority recipient the day you approve, inside the discount window wherever possible.
Redirect
AARTO and CPA driver nomination
Match the notice to the responsible driver, submit the nomination to the RTIA or the issuing authority, and track the response to a confirmed outcome. How redirections work →
Revoke
Revocation where grounds exist
Applications to revoke AARTO notices and enforcement orders, with the supporting evidence assembled and the outcome recorded.
Underneath all three: continuous fine tracking across AARTO and CPA, immediate notification of new notices, and a self-upload route for handwritten fines.
How it works
From notice to proof in four steps
Detect
Fines are pulled electronically from authority systems across our AARTO and CPA coverage. Handwritten notices are uploaded in seconds.
Notify and decide
You are notified immediately, with the entity, vehicle, driver, deadline and options on one record. You approve pay, redirect or revoke.
Act, same day
Settlement goes to the approved municipal or court recipient the same day you approve, once funded. Nominations and revocation applications are submitted to the right authority inside the deadline.
Prove
Payment evidence, submission records and the authority's confirmed outcome are attached to the fine. Monthly reporting, per company and per driver.

The trust problem
Fine management has a transparency problem. Ask any fine service two questions.
Question 1
When does the municipality actually receive the money?
Money that sits in an intermediary's account is money at risk. Fines stay open, discounts expire, and the fine is still yours.
FineHub: the same day you approve, once funded. Settlement goes to the approved municipal or court recipient, never to a middleman or a weighbridge beneficiary.
Question 2
Can you prove what you did, to an auditor?
A screenshot is not proof. A "paid" status in someone else's app is not proof. Your auditors, your insurers and the authority will all ask.
FineHub: every payment, redirection and revocation is recorded with its evidence, submission and confirmed outcome, per fine, per entity.

Questions fleets ask
Frequently asked questions
What does FineHub do for a business fleet?
FineHub tracks every traffic fine issued against your vehicles across AARTO and Criminal Procedure Act (CPA) authorities, notifies you immediately, and then executes the action you approve: pay the fine with the municipality the same day, redirect it to the responsible driver, or apply for revocation where grounds exist. Every action is recorded with its evidence and confirmed outcome.
Which traffic fines can FineHub manage?
AARTO infringement notices, courtesy letters and enforcement orders issued by the 62 AARTO issuing authorities in the July 2026 rollout, and CPA fines from a growing list of municipal and court authorities, currently 23 locations plus additional municipal imports. Handwritten notices can be uploaded for handling.
How quickly are fines paid?
Approved, funded settlements are paid to the approved municipal or court recipient the same day. Paying inside the 32-day AARTO window keeps the 50% discount.
How is FineHub different from other fine services?
Two things: settlement goes to the authority the same day, never into an intermediary's account, and every payment, redirection and revocation is recorded with evidence and the authority's confirmed outcome. FineHub is a software company with deep security expertise that builds systems for financial services clients, and runs fine management with the same controls.
What does it cost?
FineHub is a subscription service for business fleets: fine management is delivered to subscribed customers. The subscription is charged per vehicle and includes fine tracking, notifications and AARTO and CPA redirections; settlements and revocation applications are charged per matter, and fine amounts are passed through at cost. Pricing depends on the size of your fleet, so every fleet is quoted individually. Request pricing through our contact form or call +27 (0)87 265 3849.
Can I redirect a fine to the driver?
Yes, for both AARTO and CPA fines. The registered owner may name the person who was driving at the time of the infringement. FineHub matches the notice to your driver records, then submits the nomination electronically to the RTIA for AARTO notices, or the driver's details to the issuing authority for CPA notices so the fine is reissued in the driver's name. Operator offences such as loading or vehicle fitness cannot be redirected and are handled on the company account.
